Gas and water in food provides satiety!
A simple way to weigh loss wes revealed by a study: the addition of gasr in food, since it provides a lasting feeling of satiety!
This study was presented at the European Congress on Obesity in Geneva, by researchers at the Unilever group. By offering two groups, one of the regular milkshakes, and other similar foods that have added half water and gas, the latter felt satisfied unlike the first. And this feeling of satiety is maintained between one and two hours.
Aerated waters do not have this effect, because the nature of the gas they contain is not appropriate. The gas must remain in the food until it reaches the stomach.
It remains to look for foods that can be completed and add them to dessert in diet menues!
