- Egg: 25g
- Sugar: 20g
- Milk: 5g
- Yeast: 2g
- Cinnamon: 1g
- Nutmeg: 1g
- Oil: 10g

Preparation
Dough
Pour the milk into a bowl.
Sprinkle yeast.
Add flour.
Salt.
Mix.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
Donut
Beat the egg with spices and sugar.
Add to batter.
Knead five minutes.
Let rise 2 hours.
Cooking
Make dough rolls of 10 cm and connected in hoops.
Delve into the frying oil.
Return them when they float to the surface.
Serve
Hot, sprinkled with sugar or icing sugar.
