Fritter slightly spicy, requires a long time to make the dough, but is easily prepared. It is not filled.
The amount of oil that is indicated it what will remain in the donut, but more is required for frying.

Ingredients

  • Flour: 100g
  • Egg: 25g
  • Sugar: 20g
  • Milk: 5g
  • Yeast: 2g
  • Cinnamon: 1g
  • Nutmeg: 1g
  • Oil: 10g

    Fryer.

Preparation

    Dough


    Pour the milk into a bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast.
    Add flour.
    Salt.
    Mix.
    Cover and let rise 45 minutes.

    Donut


    Beat the egg with spices and sugar.
    Add to batter.
    Knead five minutes.
    Let rise 2 hours.

    Cooking


    Make dough rolls of 10 cm and connected in hoops.
    Delve into the frying oil.
    Return them when they float to the surface.

Serve


    Hot, sprinkled with sugar or icing sugar.
