Banana flan
A pastry relatively low in calories with very common ingredients, however this produces a very nice dessert.

- Banana: 50g
- Milk: g
- Egg: g
- Orange juice: g
- Rum: g
- Sugar: g
Ustensiles

Saucepan.
Frying pan.
Cups.
Preparation
Banana
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (or boil water in a saucepan).
Cut the bananas in lengthwise pieces.
Sauté 2 minutes in the frying pan.
Flambé with rum.
Add the orange juice.
Cook for one more minute.
Pour into pie plates.
Egg
Put the egg and milk in the bowl.
Add sugar.
Beat.
Mix with the cooking juice of bananas.
Flan
Put the bananas in the cups.
Add the rest.
Place cups in a baking container filled with water.
Cook 20 minutes in the water bath.
Serve
Cold.
