- Chicken: 100g
- Tomato: 50g
- Bell pepper: 30g
- Onion: 15g
- White wine: 5g
- Thyme: 2g
- Laurier: 2g

Saucepan.
Preparation
Cut peppers and onion.
Fry 5 minutes in oil in a saucepan.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Add them, cover and cook 20 minutes.
Cook the chicken separately in a saucepan.
Add chicken to vegetables.
Add thyme, bay leaf, white wine, chilli.
Salt.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Serve
Hot with rice, turnips or potatoes.
