- Mushroom: 60g
- Onion: 20g
- Tomato: 5g
- Flour: 3g
- Fresh cream: 20g
- Oil: 2g
- Broth: 5g

Steack
Flour the steak.
Brown in oil.
Mushroom
Brown the onion.Add mushrooms.
Cook a few minutes.
Add broth.
Then the tomato juice.
Cook 5 minutes.
All together
Add the steak.Add the cream.
Cook twenty minutes.
The sauce must be thick.
Serve
