A bugne is like a small donut, which is traditionally manufactured in east-central
France.
But its origin is older and seems to date back to Roman empire times.
The name is similar to "beignet", the french word for donut.

- Flour: 60g
- Milk: 5g
- Butter: 15g
- Egg: 40g
- Lemon: 10g
- Sugar: 5g
- Rhum: 2g
- Orange blossom: 1g
- Salt:

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrés.
Pour flour into a bowl.
Make a shaft.
Pour the egg, milk and sugar.
Add salt.
Mix and when a paste is formed, knead.
Add the butter into small pieces.
Continue to knead the dough in the bowl.
Add flavorings and mix.
Cover the bowl and let stand 2 hours.
Roll out the dough.
Cut into squares.
Fry.
Serve
Hot or cold.
