Braised cabbage with salmon

Cabbage is considered to promote weight loss by regulating the metabolism of sugars and fats.
But is it possible to eat cabbage without those pesky lardons that they put in all recipes? Yes with this recipe attributed to Jean-Pierre Coffe.
This is a cabbage leaf. The recipe includes salmon to which you can substitute other meats if you want.

  • Cabbage: 50g
  • Salmon: 50g
  • Butter: 2g
  • Salt:

    Pan.

Preparation

    Blanch the cabbage


    Cut the cabbage into quarters.
    In boiling water, blanch 5 minutes.

    Cook the cabbage


    In a saucepan place the cabbage, 2 cm of water and butter.
    Cook for 20 minutes.

    Cook the salmon


    Place the salmon on cabbage.
    Add enough water for the duration of the cooking.
    Bake 20 minutes more.

Serve


    Hot.
