- Squid: 100g
- Rice: 50g
- Tomato: 50g
- Tomato concentrate: 5g
- Onion: 20g
- Egg: 20g
- White wine: 30g
- Oil: 2g
- Garlic: 2g
- Orange juice: 5g
- Thyme: 1g
- Laurel: 1g
- Pimento: 1g
- Salt:

Preparation
Calamari
Dry the squid.
Heat 2/3 of the oil.
Pour the calamari.
Brown on high heat.
Chop onion and garlic.
Add onion, garlic, orange.
Cover.
Cook 5 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes.
Add to squid.
Add the concentrate.
Add the white wine.
Add the thyme and laurel.
Add salt and pepper.
After cooking...
Add raw egg and mix.
Add the remaining oil.
Bake 45 minutes.
Rice
Cook rice separately in boiled water.
Serve
Add rice and serve hot.
