- Lemon: 20g
- Onion: 20g
- Cucumber: 10g
- Chilli: 5g
- Cibolette: 3g

Preparation
Cut the onion.
Chop the chilli pepper (green or red).
Cut the cucumber.
Cut the fish into cubes.
Put everything into a dish with chives.
Squeeze the lemon and add the juice.
Drizzle with oil.
Mix.
Keep cool at least 30 minutes.
Serve
Fresh.
