Chicken quinoa

Unknown in old world, Quinoa was the staple diet of ancient civilizations in South America. But it took more time than the potatoes to be exported.
It does not contain gluten, which can make a food choice for those who do not digest it, instead of pasta.
The vegetables can vary in accompaniment of quinoa and chicken: tomato, pepper, onion may join or replace the lettuce and white cheese.
Rocket, however, is a good choice, providing vitamins with few calories (the opposite of quinoa) and pungent flavor is also all the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa: 60g
  • Chicken: 50g
  • Beans: 50g
  • Lettuce: 15g
  • Cottage cheese: 20g
  • Oil: 5g
  • Vinegar: 2g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.
    Saucepan.

Preparation


    Wash the quinoa.
    Cook with the beans in water for 10 minutes.
    Fry chicken in oil.
    Mix well.
    Add dressing.
    Add salt and pepper.

Serve


    Warm.
