Chicken and semolina

Cooking the semolina is made simple here, actually it is perfectly steamed in a steam set.
It is also a simplified version of the Chicken Tagine.

Ingredients
- Chicken: 100g
- Semolina: 50g
- Onion: 20g
- Chickpeas: 20g
- Raisin: 10g
- Oil: 5g
- Coriander: 2g
- Salt:

Saucepan.
Preparation
Chicken
Fry onion in oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour 20 ounces of water.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Semolina
Bring water to boil.
Pour over the couscous, no more water than semolina.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve
Warm.
Couscous and chicken are served separately.
