This Indian recipe will allow to vary menus from ordinary ingredients. It is not very long to prepare, and has the advantage of using common ingredients that are always in his closet, in addition to the chicken.
The word tandoori comes from tandoor, which is an earthenware oven, buried in the ground, participating in the traditional Indian cuisine.
However, we will use a conventional oven or a grill with little difference.
The spices used for tandoori chicken can change: curry, ginger, cumin, chili powder. Yoghurt is used to the marinade. Onion and lemon are just placed in the plate or added to the marinade.

- Chicken: 100g
- Onion: 50g
- Yoghurt: 50g
- Lemon: 15g
- Garlic: 5g
- Ginger: 1g
- Cumin: 1g

Oven.
Preparation
Marinade
Grate the ginger.
Cut garlic into strips.
Cut the onion in lamella (this is an option).
Combine yogurt, garlic, onion, lemon juice, half the cumin, ginger.
Add salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Add the chicken to the rest.
Marinate one hour.
Grilling
Preheat the oven.
Separate the chicken and the marinade.
Cook the chicken on the grill.
Add water of marinade from time to time.
Serve
Hot.
