The egg yolk can be incorporated or not, but always separated from the whites. You must uses dark chocolate 70% or higher but in this case you will need to add sugar (or sweetener).

Ingredients
- Chocolate: 50g
- Egg: 100g
- Sugar: 15g
- Salt:
Ustensiles

Whisk or mixer.
Preparation
Beat egg white until stiff.
Salt lightly.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or furnace.
Mix with egg yolk.
Stir the chocolate with beaten egg and mix.
Chill.
Serve
Cold or iced.
