The clafoutis may be prepared with different fruits or even vegetables, although the traditional Limousin recipe
with cherries is the best known.
It has the advantage of being simple with common ingredients, and low in calories for a pastry.
Clafoutis can be achieved in individual ramekins or a pie plate.
Ingredients to choose from: vanilla, nutmeg or liquid Muscat, almonds (5 g)

Ingredients
- Apricot: 100g
- Flour: 15g
- Egg: 80g
- Milk: 20g
- Sugar: 15g
- Butter: 5g
Ustensiles

Oven.
Pie plate.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 or 200 degrees.
Cut the apricots in half.
Beat the eggs.
Mix with sugar and other liquid ingredients to choose from.
Gradually add flour.
And then gradually too, the milk.
Grease a pie plate.
Place apricots in the dish, bulge above.
Pour liquid over the dough.
Add the other solid ingredients.
Cook.
Serve
Warm.
