We can use other fishes for the recipe but in all cases it must be fresh.
This combination of fish and fruits creates a complete dish and is well suited for a meal ended by dairy products or pastry such as rice cakes or flan.

Ingredients

  • Cod: 100g
  • Mango: 100g
  • Lemon: 50g
  • Oil: 2g
  • Ginger: 20g
  • Curry: 1g
  • Chives: 5g

    Bowl.
    Glasses.

Preparation


    Cut the cod into dices.
    In a bowl...
    Grate the ginger.
    Squeeze lemons.
    Add oil and curry.
    Add the diced fish.
    Peel and dice.
    Mix marinade and mango.
    Refrigerate.

Serve


    Serve in glasses.
