Compote of fruits with semolina

For digestive problems, cooked fruits are the solution.
We will use the fruits currently available, they are interchangeable. Same for the cream that can be replaced by any kind of white cheese.

Ingredients

  • Apple: 50g
  • Banana: 50g
  • Semolina: 10g
  • Cream: 5g
  • Cinnamon: 1g

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.

Preparation


    Cut the apple into pieces.
    The same goes for bananas.
    Put in a saucepan with a little water.
    Add cinnamon.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Add semolina. It must remain enough water to make it swell.
    Cook 5 minutes together.
    Add the cream.
    Continue cooking 5 minutes.

Serve


    Cold or warm.
