Mackerel in wine
A recipe for all although it contains alcohol in its ingredients.
For this reason this dish was not a time in Dubai, as in other Muslim countries,
but the country is back on the ban and now permtis it in restaurants
where it is indicated it is prepared from an alcoholic beverage.
In fact, the dish once cooked contains no more alcohol, it evaporates during cooking.
You can replace the mackerel by whiting, white mushrooms with red wine by morels with yellow wine.

- Chicken: 100g
- Red wine: 60g
- Carrots: 20g
- Mushrooms: 20g
- Onion: 10g
- Garlic: 5g
- Oil: 5g
- Bouquet garni: 2g

Preparation
The day before
Cut the vegetables into slices.Put everything in a bowl and add the wine.
Refrigerate overnight.
The same day
In a skillet, brown the pieces of mackerel and vegetables.Add mushrooms.
Then place into a pan or other vessel.
Add seasoning.
Cover.
Cook for one hour.
Serve
