Crab with avocado and apple

Boxes of crabs have the grave disadvantage of having no taste, however, it still can be used with a preparation of several foods.
The same could say of certain varieties of apples, more common elsewhere. If instead it is natural, the crab can be eaten as is, and always it brings, like all seafood, minerals like zinc and essential vitamins.
Mayonnaise may be replaced by other sauces.

Ingredients

  • Crab: 25g
  • Avocado: 50g
  • Apple: 50g
  • Lemon: 3g
  • Curry:
  • Mayonnaise: 2g

Ustensiles

    None.

Preparation


    Cut apples into thin slices.
    Also cut avocado into slices.
    Put lemon on the slices.
    Mix the crab and curry and the other spices.
    Make a kind of mille-feuille of avocado, crab and apple.

Serve


    Fresh.
