- Onion: 40g
- Ginger: 5g
- Oil: 2g

Preparation
Cut peppers into small pieces.
Cut onion into slices.
Grate ginger and add.
Fry whole in oil 10 minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Salt.
Pour over vegetables.
Optionally add grated cheese.
Cook 5 minutes.
Serve
Warm.
