- Cocoa: 10g
- Egg: 70g
- Milk: 15g
- Sugar: 15g

Preparation
Combine flour and cocoa.
Pour one third of the milk.
Whipping.
Add the remaining milk.
Add egg.
Mix.
Let stand 1 hour.
Cook the crêpes.
Serve
We can cram pancakes with fruits in jars,
or they can be served plain with sugar.
