Duck with soy and pasta

The ingredients and preparation of duck with soy are typically oriental.
Can be simplified in accompanying with spaghetti, but if we can find angel hair pasta, it is more appropriate.
Contrary to what one might expect, the reduced number of ingredients and the fact that we do not need the oven makes this exotic recipe very accessible.
The choice of lean meat, duck breast, which we will degrease, can avoid too caloric.

  • Pasta: 75g
  • Soy sauce: 5g
  • Honey: 10g
  • Coriander: 2g
  • Oil: 2g

Preparation

    Duck


    Cut the duck into thin strips.
    Drizzle with honey in a dish.
    Add soy sauce, oil, coriander, salt.
    Let stand 30 minutes to 24 hours refrigerated.
    Separate the duck and the rest.
    Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
    Then add the other ingredients.
    Cook three more minutes.

    Pasta


    Cook al dente, about 10 minutes in salted water.

Serve


    Place the duck over pasta.
    Serve hot.
