Eggplant
Wash eggplant.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Crisscross inside with a knife.
Add salt and let drain 30 minutes.
Garlic
Peel the garlic.
Squeeze it.
Mixture
Mix garlic, parsley, oil, breading.
Coat eggplant with this sauce.
Serve
