- Eggplant: 100g
- Tomato: 50g
- Onion: 20g
- Lemon: 5g
- Olive oil: 1g
- Parsley: 1g

Preparation
Cut the eggplant into small pieces.
Cook it in the stove, or better on a grill, coated with oil.
Heat water and drop semolina in it, then leave it inflate 5 minutes.
Mix everything and season with parsley, salt and pepper, a little chili powder
eventually.
Serve
Warm.
