- Mustard: 2g
- Parsley: 2g
- Estragon: 2g
- Chervil: 2g
- Shallot: 5g
- Butter: 5g

Oven.
Preparation
Egg
Cook the egg in water.
Cut it in half.
Remove and keep the yellow.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Garnish
Crush or cut the shallot.
Chop herbs.
Mix half with: shallot, mustard, cream, egg yolk.
Add salt and pepper.
Put into the eggs.
Spread melted butter on top.
Serve
Hot.
