Ingredients
- Potato: 100g
- Flour: 10g
- Egg: 70g
- Tomato sauce: 20g
- Salt:

Saucepan.
Preparation
Boil the potatoes to make mashed potatoes.
Add the egg yolk.
Then the flour gradually, stirring.
A paste is made.
Form a cylinder 2 cm in diameter.
Cut into slices.
Give a rounded shape and streak them with a fork.
Cook in water 5 minutes.
Spoon tomato.
Serve
Warm.
