Almost all variants of the recipe includes beef, onion and carrot, paprika. Although this is originally a soup, it is cooked long which produces a thick juice that can be accompanied by potatoes or pasta.

Ingredients
- Beef: 100g
- Bell pepper: 20g
- Carrot: 20g
- Onion: 10g
- Broth: 80g
- Oil: 2g
- Cumin: 1g
- Paprika: 2g
- Salt:

Dutch oven or large saucepan.
Preparation
Cut onion into slices, bell pepper and carrot into pieces.
In the pot, fry in oil pepper, carrot, onion 5 minutes.
Add meat into the pan and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add spices.
Drowned in the broth.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook half past one hour.
Serve
Hot with vegetables or pasta, or rice.
