- Sour cream: 20g
- Garlic: 5g

Preparation
Cut the potatoes into rounds.
Run the cream in a dish.
Alternate layers of potatoes and cream.
Finish with the cream.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake at 180 degrees
Serve
Warm.
