The heat of the oven can be reduced if we want to grant a longer cooking time.

  • Potato: 120g
  • Sour cream: 20g
  • Garlic: 5g

    Oven.

Preparation


    Cut the potatoes into rounds.
    Run the cream in a dish.
    Alternate layers of potatoes and cream.
    Finish with the cream.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake at 180 degrees

Serve


    Warm.
