Preparation of vegetable minced steak according to the traditional dish in Greek cuisine. It is the Burgundian of this country although its origin comes from the Venetian Stufato, a kind of stew.

Preparation
Steack
Heat oil in the saucepan or a pressure cooker.Add tomatoes.
You can add thyme and laurel.
Bake uncovered 10 minutes then 50 minutes covered.
Soak the mint 5 minutes if it is freeze-dried.
Peel and cut onion.
Mix meat, onion in a bowl.
Add sugar and pepper.
Make meatballs or patties.
In saucepan, cook over high heat in oil meat, 5 minutes.
Potato
In a dish, place the potatoes cutted into quarters.Add thyme and garlic.
Pour lemon juice.
Pour olive oil (1 teaspoon).
Add salt.
Cover with 3/4 boiling water.
Cover.
Put in the oven.
Bake 60 minutes with a thermostat to 180 degrés.
Serve
Hot.
