Very simple recipe, low in calories. The bird is normally less fat than chicken and a more varied diet makes it richer. We will use for brown it olive oil. As always for cooking.
Ingredients
- Guinea fowl: 100g
- Mushrooms: 50g
- Cream: 1g
- Oil: 5g
- Salt:

Oven.
Preparation
Preheat the oven.
Baste the bird with oil in a dish.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake 30 minutes.
Add mushrooms, sliced if large.
Bake another 15 minutes.
Add cream and mix with mushrooms.
Bake another 15 minutes.
Serve
Warm.
