Ingredients
- Lotte: 100g
- Garlic: 5g
- Tomato juice: 10g
- Basil: 5g
- Olive : 5g
- Salt:

Saucepan.
Preparation
Press the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
Fry the monkfish on both sides.
Add garlic.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add the tomato juice in concentrate form.
Cook over high heat, stirring, 5 minutes.
Add basil, salt and pepper.
Serve
Warm.
