Use almond powder.
Ingredients
- Melon: 100g
- Egg white: 40g
- Almond: 25g
- Flour: 25g
- Sugar: 40g

Oven.
Pie molds.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut melon into small pieces.
Remove seeds.
Beat the egg to snow into the bowl.
Add half the sugar, beating.
Add almonds and flour.
Mix.
Roll in remaining sugar.
Add the melon in the bowl.
Warm buttered molds.
Put the whole into molds, put in oven.
Serve
Hot or not.
