Mushroom with cheese

We will use large mushrooms of Paris (Agaricus) that can be filled as tomatoes or vol-au-vent.
To retain its color to parsley, you can immerse it first in boiling water, then into iced water.
You can use Mozzarella ou similar cheese.

  • Cheese: 20g
  • Parsley: 2g
  • Lemon: 10g
  • Curry: 1g
  • Butter: 10g
  • Chilli: 2g

    Oven.

Preparation


    Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
    The parsley is mixed with butter and a little water.
    Remove the foot of mushroom.
    Pass the lemon on the surface of mushroom.
    Pour in the mixture and parsley butter.
    Lay cheese on it.
    Bake 10 minutes.

Serve


    Hot.
