Ingredients
- Mushrooms: 100g
- Egg: 70g
- Fresh cream: 20g
- Gruyere : 5g
- Butter: 6g
- Curry: 1g

Oven.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Saute mushrooms in butter or oil 10 minutes.
Spoon into cups or ramekins.
Separate the yolks from egg white. Keep or discard the white.
Beat the cream with the egg yolk and curry.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour over mushrooms.
Grate cheese and sprinkle.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve
Warm.
