Mushroom omelette
The original recipe for the most classic omelette.

Enjoy it occasionally to avoid excessive cholesterol intake, although fungi have the advantage of offsetting the excess fat from eggs.
You can use all kinds of mushrooms possibly even white mushrooms in box.
Ingredients
- Egg: 100g
- Mushroom: 100g
- Parsley: 1g
- Oil: 2g
- Salt:

Frying pan.
Preparation
Mushrooms
Cut the mushrooms.
Heat oil, add mushrooms and parsley.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, uncovered, stirring.
Setting fire on the back burner and let another 5 minutes.
Egg
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt.
Heat oil and add the egg.
Bake 10 minutes, stirring to loosen the omelet.
Put it in a dish and pour over mushrooms.
Close it.
Special tip
Separate the whites and yolks.
Beat the whites.
Add a little sugar and salt.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Pour the egg whites.
Put the yolks on top.
Serve
Warm. May be accompanied by salad.
