Mussels in white wine (moules marinières)

  • Mussel: 100g
  • Shallot: 5g
  • Parsley: 5g
  • White wine: 5g
  • Butter: 10g

Preparation


    Chop the shallots.
    Set aside one quarter of the butter.
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Add shallots and parsley, let cook 5 minutes.
    Clean mussels during this time.
    Add the white wine.
    Add mussels.
    Increase heat.
    Cover.
    Shake occasionally.

Serve


    Add remaining butter and mix.
    Serve hot.
    May be accompanied by french fries.
