Here is the secret: the pasta should soften but not blanch. Pasta is easy to do, actually the user manual is written on the box. But it's harder to do they are delicious.
Two things to know to make the pasta, to cook properly. A lot of water is required. And we must salt the water. It should not cook more than 10 minutes.
We must know that the more they are cooked and the more sugars will be assimilated, then they are turned into food which promote weight gain.
We need some butter (or oil). Little cheese too, except for the macaroni where it melts and turns brown in the oven. One little sprinkle of garlic powder in small quantity, maybe. The 100 gr. weight is for dry pasta.

    Pan.

Preparation


    Fill the pan with water.
    Bring to a boil and salt water.
    Add pasta.
    After cooked add the butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Serve


    Hot.
