Simple recipe that does compensate the rate of carbohydrate n pasta with an ingredient
that contains mostly proteins, mushroom.
Use oil or butter, making sure that the amount of saturated fatty acids (ie butter) daily intake is minimal.

Ingredients
- Pasta: 80g
- Mushroom: 30g
- Garlic: 1g
- Chervil: 1g
- Oil: 2g
- Salt:
Ustensiles

Saucepan.
Preparation
Pasta
Put pasta into a pot of boiling salted water.
And cook the pasta al dente (10-20 minutes depending of the type of pasta).
Mushroom
Clean mushrooms.
Cut in half.
Chop garlic and chervil.
Pour oil in a saucepan.
Fry preparation (mushroom, garlic).
At the end of cooking add the chervil.
Salt and pepper.
Serve
Pour pasta into a dish.
Garnish with mushrooms.
