The pastry cream can easily make all kinds of pastries.
It can be prepared 24 hours in advance.

Ingredients

  • Milk: 125g
  • Egg: 70g
  • Sugar: 25g
  • Flour: 15g
  • Rum: 4g
  • Vanilla: 1g

Ustensiles

    Pan
    Bowl
    Whip
    Spatula

Preparation


    Put ingredients in bowl and whisk.
    Put in a saucepan.
    Heat, while stirring.
    When the cream is thick, remove from heat.
    Add rum.
    Store in refrigerator.

Serve
