- Milk: 125g
- Egg: 70g
- Sugar: 25g
- Flour: 15g
- Rum: 4g
- Vanilla: 1g

Preparation
Put ingredients in bowl and whisk.
Put in a saucepan.
Heat, while stirring.
When the cream is thick, remove from heat.
Add rum.
Store in refrigerator.
