Bell pepper stuffed with spinach

Ingredients
- Bell pepper: 50g
- Spinach: 125g
- Anchovies: 25g
- Gruyere: 20g
- Oil: 5g
- Sprockets: 10g
- Garlic: 5g
- Shallots: 1g

Preparation
Pepper
Open a hat.
Remove seeds.
Cook in boiling water 5 minutes.
Season with salt and drain.
Spinach
Thaw in a saucepan over low heat.
Drain (press with hands).
Chop.
Mix in bowl with garlic, chopped shallots.
Mix cheese, anchovy pieces.
Pigon and add 1/2 tablespoon oil.
Mix.
Add pepper, salt slightly.
Mixture
Sprinkle the peppers with the stuffing of spinach.
Oil with the remaining oil and bake.
Pour 1 inch of water in the dish.
Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and drain.
Serve
Warm.
Optional add basil.
