Pollock with tomatoes

Pollock can be replaced by other marine fish.
Ingredients
- Pollock: 100g
- Tomato: 100g
- Garlic: 2g
- Oil: 1g
- Parsley: 1g
- Basil: 1g
Ustensiles

Oven.
Preparation
Tomato
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Add some herbs.
Blend or chop.
Place in a baking dish.
Add oil and garlic.
Bake 5 minutes.
Pollock
Cut the fish.
Coat with the juice of the tomatoes.
Pepper.
Place on tomatoes.
Return to oven.
Serve
Lay basil and parsley on the fish.
Serve hot.
