Ingredients
- Crab: 50g
- Egg: 70g
- Flour: 70g
- Butter: 15g
- Milk: 10g
- Lemon: 30g
- Salt:
Ustensiles

Oven.
Preparation
Mix egg with flour, milk, melted butter.
Salt.
Add the crab (in bits).
Add chopped lemon.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 230 degrees
Butter the molds (muffin or similar).
Fill to 3/4 with the cream.
Cook and brown in oven.
Serve
Warm.
