  • Potato: 100g
  • Cream cheese: 30g
  • Egg: 30g
  • Butter: 15g
  • Salt:

    Saucepan.
    Oven.

Preparation


    Cook the potatoes in water or steam to 50% (20 minutes).
    Cut into pieces and crush.
    Add the cream cheese.
    Add egg.
    Mix.
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees
    Butter a baking dish.
    Put the puree.
    Top with butter.
    Cook for 20 minutes.

Serve


    Hot.
