- Egg: 10g
- Garlic: 5g
- Lemon: 5g
- Oil: 5g

Preparation
Sauce
Put half the oil in a bowl.
Add egg.
Include crushed garlic. Chili powder.
Add salt and pepper.
Beat to form a thick sauce.
Gradually add oil and lemon juice.
Potato
Cut the potatoes into pieces.
Fry in a skillet.
It improves cooking by repeating it after a break of 15 minutes.
Serve
Hot, pour the sauce over the potatoes.
