  • Potato: 100g
  • Mushroom: 50g
  • Oil: 5g
  • Parsley: 2g
  • Butter: 5g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Saucepan.
    Frying pan.

Preparation

    Potato


    Wash the potatoes very carefully.
    Cook 10 minutes in water.
    Cool in cold water.
    Cut potatoes in lengthwise.
    Core them.

    Mushroom


    Wash mushrooms.
    Put oil in a pan and fry.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Fill potatoes with mushrooms.

Serve


    Warm.
