- Potato: 100g
- Egg: 25g
- Onion: 10g
- Parsley: 2g
- Oil: 5g

Frying pan.
Grater.
Sieve.
Preparation
Wash potatoes.
Grate, like carrots.
Leave draining.
Chop onion.
Beat the eggs.
Mix eggs, onions, potatoes, parsley.
Heat oil in the pan.
Flatten large spoonfuls of the mixture in the pan.
Fry a few minutes on each side.
Serve
Warm.
