Ingredients
- Flour: 50g
- Milk: 10g
- Butter: 5g
- Yeast: 1g
- Sodium bicarbonate: 5g
- Salt: 1g

Preparation
Combine yeast and milk. Add one quart of salt.
Put the flour into a bowl.
Pour the milk and yeast, a little water.
Mix until a dough.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Add the softened butter.
Knead the dough.
Form a cylinder and tie a knot.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Pour the remaining salt and bicabornate.
Dip pretzels into the water.
