Winemaker's salad
A complete meal, this salad, perfect for summer, brings the virtues of the dandelion in a tasty way.

Ingredients
- Dandelion: 50g
- Bacon: 30g
- Egg: 70g
- Shallot: 5g
- Garlic: 2g
- Mustard: 1g
- Vinegar: 5g
- Oil: 5g

Frying pan.
Preparation
Bake egg 10 minutes in water.
Remove the shell and cut into cubes.
Wash and dry the dandelion.
Chop the shallots.
Mix mustard with vinegar.
Gradually add half the oil.
Fry bacon in pan with remaining oil.
Add the sauce to the eggs, with shallot, garlic.
Pour over the dandelions.
Then add the bacon.
Mix.
Serve
Cold.
