- Flour: 5g
- Lemon: 15g
- Olive oil: 2g
- Garlic: 5g
- Shallot: 5g
- Almonds: 5g
- Vinegar: 2g

Frying pan.
Preparation
Prepare the sardines.
Heat oil.
Fry the sardines.
Mince garlic and shallot.
Simmer the garlic and shallots for 10 minutes.
Add almonds.
Mix lemon juice and vinegar.
Deglaze the pan with the mixture.
Serve
Coat the sardines with sauce and serve.
