without special preparation.

Ingredients
- Shrimp: 50g
- Egg: 40g
- Shallot: 5g
- Flour: 5g
- Mint: 1g
- Breadcrumbs: 5g
- Oil: 5g
Ustensiles

Frying pan.
Preparation
Chop shrimps, shallot, mint and other spices.
Mix with egg and breadcrumbs.
Form patties and coat with flour.
Cook in oil.
Serve
Warm.
