Spinach with potatoes


Combination of two very healthy and complementary foods.

The potato is energetic, unlike the spinach that is very little, contrary to what is suggested by the cartoon Popeye. Spinach is low in iron, and moreover it is not Hemit, it is not assimilated. But the two ingredients provide minerals and fibers.

Ingredients

  • Spinach: 50g
  • Potato: 50g
  • Butter: 15g
  • Salt:

Ustensiles

    Frying pan.
    Saucepan.

Preparation


    Chop the spinach if they are fresh.
    Cook the potatoes, preferably in steam, or water, 30 minutes.
    Cook the spinach in saucepan in butter or oil, 15 minutes.
    Mix and crush the two together.
    Add a little butter.
    Add salt.

Serve


    Warm.
